Fast high quality for effective results

Our CL flexo print based on Genetic Transfer Technology (GTT) offers surface, sandwich and reverse printing up to 10 colours and is suitable for a wide spectrum of films. 

Our flexo print stands out with its brilliant colours and consistently high print quality. Given the short setup times, it is the ideal process to flexibly design small to medium-sized volumes, offering at the same time high quality with sharp details.

Using the letterpress printing process here, the film is printed between a flexible print form and an impression cylinder. The motif is transferred onto the print form via raised contact points.

With print inspection possible errors in the printed image are immediately detected and rectified to assure a consistent printing quality. Colour intensity and colorimetric locus are calculated with a spectral photometer.

Through reverse printing it is possible to add brilliant or matt lacquers. Our modern plates production ensures an optimal printed image on your film. The sleeve plates technology allows to print continuously, avoiding gaps between the images.

The prepress is coordinated from our main office in Switzerland, providing full support to our clients through the whole process of repro development.

For special quality requirements, we offer Full HD Flexo plates, which is an improved process for making digital flexographic plates.  Another advanced technology available is Crystal, able to produce the perfect plate for flexo print that requires high print output and stability on press.

On request we can offer eco-friendly water-based inks.
